Terms of Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the licensed software solely for your internal business purposes.

• A licence key entitles one (1) installation per purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Licences are bound to a specific hardware identifier — the USB drive volume serial number for SETup, or the computer’s system drive serial number for WKFusion and PRISM. You may not use the licence on more devices than permitted by your plan.
• Subscription licences (monthly, yearly) are valid for the stated period. Lifetime licences are perpetual for the major version purchased.
• Run-pass licences expire when the purchased run quota is consumed.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, create derivative works of, or distribute our software or licence keys.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Sell, sublicence, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your licence to any third party.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

All fees are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds after a licence key has been issued and activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to revoke your licence without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargebacks, or misused the software.

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the software at our discretion. Active subscription plans receive updates during their valid period. Lifetime licences receive updates within the same major version. We provide best-effort support via email and do not guarantee response times.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIPTMASTERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ScriptMasters retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Croatia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
